Great apartment complex and the management is so caring! Today we had a giant pool party with music, prizes,free food and ice cream! Fun for all! And the apartments are really nice too!

I just moved in but I feel very comfortable. The property manager was really great, glad my family and I could join the apt. Community. I do have one bad thing to say tho, the cars speed thru the parking lot and it scares me to death, there's a sign in the front that says drive slow kids at play but you can't make all the bad seeds into good. They should invest in speed bumps!

I've lived here for two years and sadly I have to end my lease. My time here has been quite pleasant; the complex is quiet, my maintenance has been top notch and, honestly, I can't think of one problem I've run into. This has been the first time I've lived in an apartment and it's put to rest all my fear about apartment living. Angela and Didier have been amazing in the front office and I've sad that my circumstances are forcing me to leave them. I highly recommend this place to anyone considering a well-priced, two-bedroom and two-bath apartment.

I moved in just over 4 months ago and I am very impressed with a few details of the place. 1) The apartments are very quiet. I have not had any issues with noise at all. 2) For the most part all of the current staff are very friendly and quick to help you. 3) Every day I come home it seems like something new has been done to improve the property 4) No roaches at all. 5) Tons of parking and the new parking lot. My apartment is very nice and came with new carpet and appliances and from what I'm told by Charles in the office all apartments are being redone with all new insides and washer/dryer. A couple things I don't like about it. 1) Walking up the stairs. Did not have a downstairs when I moved in. 2) No internet paying option. Only accept checks and money orders. Charles did say an online payment option was coming though. All in all, it's a nice and quiet place that is well maintained. I think I'll be renewing my lease if nothing changes and I can get into a downstairs apartment.
