Our maintainence man came by immediately to fix our hot water heater. He knew immediately what was wrong and replaced the part right there! He went above and beyond to check our AC to confirm temperature was appropriate and brought us extra HVAC intake filters!! Shout out to him for being polite, responsive and eager to help 🧡

Absolutely the worst apartments in the area. Management is a joke, nothing ever gets fixed. No parking, tons of bugs, insane creepers with zero acknowledgement from the fake management. No workout facitiliy, don't believe the website. They have been working on that for over 2 years, I could have built it solo in 3 months. The fake property manager is milking the actual owners soo bad mass amounts of people are moving to the many other options right down the street. Renter beware!

The apartments are very quiet and spacious. The pool hours are very inconsistent; the gates are often locked after they should be open or hours before closing time. Neighbors hardly pick up after their pets, which is typical of most places but worse than places I have lived previously. There are usually a couple washers or dryers out of order that will eat your coins. There are too few visitor parking spaces for so many units. The best thing is the low amount of noise, the apartment space, and the location.

The new manager Marilyn and her assistant manager Michelle are a great addition to running business at The Oceanaire Apartments. They get work orders completed immediately as well as address any issues at hand. They strive for excellence in order to keep and maintain a happy community. The maintenance team is awesome as well - with quick repairs and knowledge on any problem or service area and/or appliance. 24 hour emergency repair if needed and most of the maintenance crew lives on site! Very spacious apartments and many units have been remodeled with more to complete as they are in the process. The location is superb in the heart of Largo. I've lived here for almost 9 years now and will continue my stay here. Thank you Oceanaire for caring about your tenants!
