Been to plenty of Cabela's. This one was definitely special because it was on Father's Day 2022. After breakfast in Parkesburg, the Wife and I had a beautiful back roads drive to Hamburg! There was a plethora of products for outdoors, hunting, camping, shooting or whatever you want to buy there. I noticed the restaurant was closed. Not sure why. I was looking forward to having a bite to eat there. However, we shopped for over two hours. Staff was friendly and helpful. The dioramas we're awesome 👍. We'll be back for more fun. Thanks Cabela's Staff!

This place is an outdoorsman's paradise. They have everything. It's a whole experience. You can stay there for hours & not get it all. It's huge, it's great for kids, in an odd way. You can dine, play games, shop, learn about the wild and so much more.

Sooooooo, one who loves the outdoors can spend a lot of money in here real quick. They have all kinds of outdoor items. They did not have bought home goods as I wanted a new sheet and comforter but they did not have king size.

Cabela's used to be a great stop for all your outdoor needs. Unfortunately the prices and selection are below par. I exclusively spent time in the fishing section and I will say I did not see any items on sale besides items that were house brands. Everything was full retail. There was an amazing selection of baits, plastics, lures but fishing gear like rods and reels was slim. Only a few options and when asking about the rods and reels the answer I got was this is better than 3 months ago. The fly shop had a very knowledgeable employee there. He spent some time speaking with me about the equipment but again selection was limited on rods. The reels seemed to be better stocked. The fly selection was good not great and fly line seemed light as well. The customer service desk was friendly and helpful. I do wish they had more of a flyfishing section and better prices.

Just my opinion, but not a positive move in my opinion. Cabelas tended to be top quality items at less-than-LL Bean prices, plus they used to offer sizes that really fit. Now it's mostly about price. Lost their direction. Sad.
Cabelas allows concealed and open carry firearms where state laws govern the situation. The signs to check firearms are for guns being returned or traded in to the store.
Go to Bass Pro Shop in Atlantic City and thank you for not coming back.
Usually they are busy on the floor helping someone
You can take dogs there just has to be well behaved and trained not to bark or sniff.
They sell everything at ms rp but they do run some amazing sales and offer coupons. Just have to wait for them not only that but their customer service is exceptional so any problems with your purchase and they will do the right thing
Most fun shops are having trouble keeping guns in stock as many are shipped from new York from what a salesman told me when I bought y savage rifleoops fun shops should be fun shops. Kinda rough to spell while high in meds😆
Probably has to do with this absurd virus talk
Still there. But its a cave so its hidden really well.
The second floor gun range is a electronic gun range for all ages you just have to feed it Quarters.
I like going to the fishing and hunting store that I had
They have a wide variety of food during the day. I visited it 2 weeks ago and they had everything for breakfast sandwich juices coffee
Not so much as a restaurant more like a food court...
Team Echo.. Yes they do, but I would call ahead and check stock and availability.. Good Luck
Ammo and mags no. Firearms yes.
Check the manufacturer information they may have a warranty center
A lot of meat!
No, go to your PA county sheriffs office. Do NOT take a weapon in there.
I'm not sure I would call them first just Google it
Dont know..I just parked overnight there
Yes! As long as i have been going to Cabelas, i have seen people with their dogs walking through the store. All they ask is that your dog is friendly and good with other dogs. I was there just before Christmas and seen a few dogs. If you're still unsure i would call them.
Yes, Cabelas sells the common handgun, shotgun, and rifle caliber bullets. The prices change but last I saw you can get get a box of federal 50 rounds of 9mm for $12
Yes but they also have them at Walmart with the metal balls for shooting for way less.
Large retailers are just starting to address millennials with limited intentions to own a vehicle. After they realize the real opportunity in addressing the 2020 business models , they will make sure people like you are service well !
Yes im pretty sure you would have too,
I do not think so, someone there could tell you what to do, but I would contact me the manufacturer
No
I dont think because it has carpet in places. I've personally never seen any pets
There is a section that has fish food in dispensing machines you can purchase food from and feed them yourself. However it was empty the last, time I was there.
Agreed. It just hasn't been the same.
Call and ask
Yes
Absolutely you can take a shuttle from Uber anywhere you like. From anywhere you'd like. But if you're looking for a specific shuttle to Cabela's good luck period after the merger with Bass Pro Shops I've noticed the shelves getting more vacant and more vacant. Are these designs of things to come?
I was there back in Feb and there wasnt any. I dont know about now.
Yes
Yes you can
Yes. Since Bass Pro Shops now owns Cabela's. They also sell bass pro merchandise at cabela
Yes, they ship. Time depends on the item and the shipping arrangements you make. Like all Fed Ex type shipping companies, you pay for the speed it ships.
Plus when you call to make sure the tents you are interested in is available I believe they can also put them on hold for you.
They do not require an appointment but pending how busy it is you might have a bit of a wait
Cabelas will let you stay at many of their stores in the parking lot if you have a trailer, etc. It is by individual manager approval. Some cabelas even have rv dump stations available. It is similar to Wal-Mart's. I know that the cabelas in Lehi, Utah will allow you to stay in their north lot as long as you are actually in your trailer at night and not using their property as storage.
I checked the website, it did not come up. You're going to have to call them.
Yes....Cabela's has a nice selection of models to choose from for your specific needs
Check out Google Maps using Public Transportation option....fill in starting location address and Cabela's address...that should give you the information needed for your question....good luck
I f I were you call speak with manager
How is it Cabela's responsibility? Or how do you know its the "hunting" community??? I'm a hunter and I don't throw my trash out my car or truck!!! You sound like a Dumbass.
I'm sure there's a "stuffed" one somewhere among all the other "trophies" in the store .....
Never heard of it, but you can probably get it or something similar some where else for cheaper!!
Not to my knowledge. It's more like wilderness related outdoor gear rather than traditional sports.
Not familiar with the store in Nova Scotia.
Yes you can, but you and Cabelas have to follow NY state laws and regulations. They also have to follow Pa laws also. You might be able to purchase on line, and have it shipped to a local New York licensed arms dealer. (For a fee most likely)
No but you can ride Rambo for free
Nope. They don't have doggie foods.
Not sure sorry Happy n Safe Holidays
I'm a hunter, Phil, and I don't use one of the motorized sharpeners. I use a handheld one where you drag the blade vertically over a ceramic V shaped sharpener. All it takes is about 5 swipes and the blade is like brand new. Hope this helps!
Yes they do, go to the customer service counter and they will exchange them
That sounds like a solid plan to me
They carry a lot of guns I really didn't look at them all
I believe they do but it might be best to call and ask.
Like Stephanie said it has definitely become a tourist attraction. I would also buy at least the day before an outing.
