Considering it was almost closing time they were very nice I made a mobile order and they had to put it in manually cause it was past 11PM and my burger didn’t come out the way I put it in so they remade it for free and apologized, very nice staff here. I even showed them my order details on my app, she also apologized and explained after 11PM we have to put it in manually, so we remade your burger how you ordered because it wasn’t entered correctly. I simply told the guy at the window how I ordered it I could have been lying to get free food that’s why I showed the kind lady that gave it to me at the third window my order and how my burger was supposed to be. Very kind lady even 10 or less minutes until closing even the fries were still hot

Ordered food, was told to pull over. 3 cars got their after got their food which I understand I probably had more food ordered. BUT after 8 mins of No one in the drive through I went and asked for my money back. No way a kids meal nuggets fries and a burger would take about 15 mins!

So basically, on a quiet weekday morning, this McDonald's was out of McDonald's. Nobody seemed to have a grasp of what was going on in the kitchen. Did you order coffee? 10 minutes later, they would inform you that "uh, yeah, we are out of coffee" Did you order just about any warm drink? Yeah, they were out of that too. The food that they did have did not taste up to par. But, it was edible, and that's what counts, I guess.

Food was prepared as ordered and tasted great. The associates working more pleasant and professional. This dining room provided a pleasant environment in which to dine. On this visit I felt like a valued customer.
