Costello is the best jeweler around. I was originally referred to Costello by a friend. I’ve always had a great experience, the people are very kind and helpful. Recently the diamond on my engagement ring was loose, so I stopped in to have it fixed. They fixed it in 15 minutes and didn’t even charge me a penny! Over the holidays I was gifted some beautiful antique jewelry. So, I brought it here to have some changes made to it so I could wear it. It came out beautifully! This is the only jeweler I will ever go to!

Barbara We can definitely assist, and change your battery while you wait, most Brighton’s range approximately $20. Thank You Brighton replacement straps are also available, aftermarket and range from $30 on up. If you are looking for the original we can install, but don’t stock original parts. Thank You
Janice We can absolutely help with your request. If you would like to wait while an appraisal is done for you. We can accommodate your request on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10-3pm in our Naperville location. You can also drop off your item anytime during business hours and the appraisal will be completed the following Wednesday or Thursday. We would evaluate your item and quote the item once we view your antique ring. Most appraisals range approximately $50-150 per item and is a one time fee for the lifetime of the item. All updates and inspections are complimentary after the initial appraisal. Thank You for your inquiry.
