They do not require an appointment but pending how busy it is you might have a bit of a wait

Every crossbow I had delt with was pretty easy to assemble and tune. I am pretty sure that it is walk in only
just take it in to the store
As far as i know they don't take appointment, just walk-ins at anytime. Example: I wanted some parts and accessories for a rifle just to make sure they for, so I brought it in and they installed everything for me.
I would call the store for this, to be safe.
