I rent often and for long periods of time. This office far exceeded my expectations and made the experience as pleasant as possible. My only complaint is the reduced hours and not having a secure lot. I incurred more cost for fear of something happening after drop off.

My car was damaged in a hit-and-run and my insurance company recommended Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I didn’t realize that I was such a needy individual when it came to my automobile. I put all of the employees through the ringer and they were nothing but exceptionally nice. Jay and his team went above and beyond to make me happy. I think I went through four different rentals before finding one that I was happy with. All of the autos were perfectly acceptable; however, I was looking for something similar to my own vehicle. Every time I came back wanting a new one, they handed one over with a smile on their faces. I highly recommend this company if you are in need of a rental car.

Xavier was very friendly and professional and did a great job explaining all the nuances of car rentals. He explained clearly what insurance does and does not cover along with what type of minor damage is acceptable. I would recommend Enterprise anytime!

The staff was very nice, but very hard to get hold of. I recently rented a full size SUV for a week. The SUV was pretty clean, but the disinfectant hadn't been completely wiped down in the seats and was very sticky. We had to clean the seats again. Somehow there was mud in a few spots on the ceiling at the front 2 doors, I would think that would be hard to miss but we didn't notice. The SUV was in dire need of tire balancing. We did not find this out until we were on the interstate. I called 3 different times during working hours and was on hold for at least 15 minutes each time before I gave up. I wanted to confirm I would be reimbursed for a tire rotation if I chose to have it done. The vehicle condition was manageable, but I was very disappointed in their lack of communication.
