This place is awful. I opted for self copy because they need a 24 hr turn around for printing, which is fine. But the copy machine settings are off. The copies I wound up with are way way darker (almost unusable) than the originals. I mentioned this to the cashier and showed him. He just sort of grunted and charged full price for them. I asked him if he was charging full price even though the copies are bad and he just said “yes.” I have tried to bear with them though the staffing issues that are delaying print services. But between this and the $4 they charged for using a computer less than 10 minutes I’m done. Photo: lighter pic original, darker print theirs

Phone does not work, provides receipts with invalid tracking numbers, only way to resolve is to physically go back to store for service

Absolutely incredible leadership and staff. I will never go anywhere else! They’ve helped me with last minute printing needs countless times. Timely, communicative, and I love that the owner is a community servant and volunteer firefighter. His staff is a reflection of his values (Mikey and Roman have been so helpful and professional) If you want a stress free experience, definitely come here!!
