I don’t know what has happened with Vanderbilt’s level of care but this clinic is a joke! My husband went in with a sore throat and ear pain. They kept asking him if he wanted to take a COVID test and we declined because we had done one at home which was negative and the reason we came to the WIC as because it was negative. After the fourth time of declining the COVID test they told him they could not prescribe him any antibiotics because he has only had a sore throat for 3 days and it needs to be at least 7-10 days. We went to the Little Clinic and he ended up having strep throat and an ear infection! I sure as heck hope you people didn’t charge my insurance for a nothing visit!!!!

Horrible service. I was booked for 4 pm and drove over an hour to get here and they’re saying they can’t see me. What a waste of time. They didn’t even try to do anything to help. Don’t go to this location it’s a waste of time.

I took my 12 year old son to be seen for Covid and an a possible allergic reaction. A provider that I have never seen before asked him a very personal question without my consent!!!! He didn't even know what she was talking about. I was absolutely disgusted!!! And then she proceeded to make me feel like a bad Mom because I didn't agree with her. She never called me to let me know that my son was positive either, I had to call the next day!! I'm still LIVID!!! My poor son!! I will NEVER GO BACK THERE!!! And I WILL be calling someone at Vanderbilt about this!!!
