Living at midtown was definitely a traumatic experience. I had to move apartments twice due to a water leak and molding, and had to fight for days to get compensated for my rent during this transitional period. Moving all my things in boxes during finals with NO help from management was honestly the worst few days of my life. They also tried charging me the price of my "modern" unit after moving me to an old unit. It made NO sense. I hope the new tenants are having a better experience.

I have lived in Midtown for a year next month, I have loved my experience here. I have made life long friends and had an ease with the moving process and accessibility to students. However, I owe much accreditation to Brad. Brad is the "maintenance man," but he is much more. He serves the entire community on his own, remembers my name and my dogs'. He is sure to say hi to me every day when in passing, and responds in a timely manner. Brad is sure to have a smile on his face, and make the residents feel heard and appreciated. Being the only person on the maintenance team, Brad works every day, day and night to serve the residents. He deserves a raise, and more appreciation and recognition.

Love the staff and the rooms and closets are the biggest I have seen in student housing. I am planning to live here next year with my friends and I am so excited! I saw some reviews about towing but what apartment complex doesn’t? My friend lives here and registers me as a guest in like 2 minutes and I get to park in guest parking close to her building! It’s also close to a huge gas station and campus!

Very Unprofessional complex. Maintenance is horrible, it will take them a decade to get your issue fixed and solved. They give late charges after you have made the payment just to get more money. We had a break in where my car was broken into they did not notify anyone of the incident at all. I highly do not suggest staying here if you want nice comfortable and safe living. I have not felt safe here after my car was broken into I could barely sleep. This apartment gets 0 stars. I moved here during the fall semester, and the gate hasn’t been locked since which means anyone can come in and out which is probably why my car got broken into. The issue hasn’t been solved yet. Apartment wasn’t even cleaned when I move in it was extremely filthy. If you want to feel safe at your apartment complex especially while sleeping I don’t recommend staying here.
