If you like to have super short notice on your water being shut off at least once a month. Have issues with bugs, the front gates never being shut, random people always walking thru the complex, and not being listened to as a female in the office. This is THE PLACE for you! No one in the office truly cares, they are very rude. Please do not rent here, it is very expensive for what it is. There is always some type of issue here.

The management is worst in Venue. The leasing manager is incapable to manage the property. She don't even know how to use a computer TBH. They can't fetch the details of my apartment information and they say I can't find your details in the lease even though I am in lease. They won't even help you with any thing and don't even take the accountability for their mistake. They in return blame you for their system mistakes. They don't even have proper wifi setup in the community. Only the one in the leasing office works. There is no hot water from 1 month and they don't even take responsibility to fix it. They don't even know how to register a vehicle for parking. I have paid them the registration fee and after 2 months all of sudden my car got towed. I went to the leasing office regarding the issue and they were like "our system shows that you have not registered your car". Then for what I have paid the registration fee and what did they registration in the parking if they can't find my car? They were not even taking the accountability of their mistake. To conclude, the worst apartments in Denton.

By far the worst apartment complex. Never stay here! Old apartments that are priced $50/ month less than brand new ones. Management (Jenae) is horrible, belittling, unresponsive and overall rude. Do yourself a favor and don't even consider The Venue. Not to mention there constant wifi issues along with the computer lab for printing that has been closed for 5 months. If I could give this place 0 stars I would...

The venue apartments (in Denton, TX ) rental staff are not friendly and show partiality and practice racism. The rents are NOT equal to all and the benefits are highlighted in the advertisement but not provided to all. When we ask the reason, they literally threaten us to vacant. It is pure vandalism. The wonderful facility is poorly managed by few incapable staff. But some are good. For any issues/complaint, there was no response and support. The biggest mistake is to get stuck with a year contract and suffer till the contract gets over. There is no way to highlight to higher management as the option to surface the problem to higher management is not given to the residents. So the internal staff spoil the reputation by their incapability and rude, unprofessional attitude and behavior. I am very disappointed and want to inform others how bad my experience was.
