The bus drivers are usually nice, but the people that do the schedules are awful!!! I have rode the Visalia Transit. I hate the city of Visalia, but the bus system is great. The Sunline is is also great with scheduling buses.

I have but good towards the RTA. The line 27, 19 and 1 has keep going to end from my job at Kaiser Permanente Riverside. And if I ask a driver to hold a line, no problem. And. Most drivers remember there riders and would want. Keep up the good work.

If I could give this transit agency 0 stars I would. This has to be the worst transit agency in the world. The buses are always late. You spend millions of dollars renovating your system "to improve it" and it's still horrible. If this is what taxpayers are paying for, we would like a refund. Drivers are rude and disrespectful. If it's raining outside they don't turn the heater on and it gets super cold. When I ask to turn the heater on they say no. I gotten sick because I've freezing on the bus when it's raining outside. Other riders as well are freezing. Did I mention the buses are always late. Sometimes I wait at a bus stop for 30 minutes when the bus should have showed up on time. I'm late for school and work because of this horrible transit agency. My school tuition includes free bus rides and let me tell you school tuition is not free, it's extremely expensive. I feel like I'm paying thousands of dollars for horrible service. As students we have limited options on the service we use to commute from school, work and home. So we have to rely on this horrible transit agency.

I've seen significant improvement in the last 4 years with the route I use. I do wish buses ran later at night. I get that, a majority of the reason the routes have improved in the Corona, Norco areas is because of the large number of students that use the service, but there is also an equal amount of working people that also ride. Some nights my work day doesn't end until 12am, it would be nice to be able to catch a bus that late. People without cars are stuck.
