Rta is the worst bus system in southern California! Always late! Do not ride the #1 if you need to get somewhere on time. Route 49 and 29 only run once every hour.

It may run every hour but passenger's are the main reason buses are late just sit back and watch as passenger's board incorrect change,don't no where they are going, elderly, passenger's with young children, being disorderly, a big one traffic also keep in mind if the bus is late drivers usually don't get a break public transportation what more can you ask for? Get there a little earlier or Uber buddy !!!!

Every bus system is a pain. Some have more money and so better service. It's a pain to wait around for buses but it beats walking. (Better late than early, at least you can catch it!)
