My fiancé & I stopped in here a couple days back and I’m SO overwhelmed with the customer service we got here from the younger ladies working, but more specifically Sabrina! We visited several jewelry stores before we bought & nothing compared to the experience we had here! The family vibe we felt between the associates right when we entered the store was amazing! We weren’t even planning on buying when we walked into this location. We walked out with the most beautiful engagement ring and she gave us the best price & most importantly the best service out of anywhere. We had so much fun while shopping! My fiancé and I got my ring here. Before the purchase the employee that helped us sized my ring incorrectly, so during the proposal it was too big. Had to get it resized and it took 2 weeks to get back so it sort of ruined the whole newly engaged experience for me. Went back to this location to get cleaned. The lady rolled her eyes after I asked if it could be cleaned. Immediately when she sat down to clean the ring she told me I had two loose diamonds and that she couldn’t clean it. She then told me I had to send the ring out to get the diamonds fixed. I went to a different location to get a second opinion and the lady checked it twice and couldn’t find any loose diamonds. I would give this place 1 star but I got my perfect ring here so for that y’all get 1 more star.
