Yes they do but all runs end early on Sundays. They run holidays with a Sunday schedule. So make sure even if the holiday is a weekday it will runs like a Sunday.
Route 216 from downtown Riverside Metrolink station to Village at Orange Mall via the Galleria at Tyler and the Corona Transit Center runs 7 days a week. All RTA routes have different schedules on the weekends and finish earlier than on weekdays. RTA runs 365 days a year and uses Sunday schedules for major holidays.
