Tried to ask the pharmacist a question about the efficacy of Mucinex vs Sudafed for congestion and was completely ignored. I tried saying "excuse me" several times to no avail. She did not make eye contact with me or acknowledge me at all while it was clear she could hear me. Not exactly sure what her value is if she can't take the time to answer a question or provide guidance on the medicine I am trying to purchase. Ricardo at the cash register did a great job of answering my questions to the best of his abilities. He was also a nice person in general.

Today me and my partner went to this cvs to pick up a prescription Jo at the front desk did an amazing job. Being exceptionally kind and courteous and all around a positive experience until an older African American lady pushed jo aside to finish our pickup while he helped another customer. Immediately she was rude an aggressive and when asking for a medication that she forgot to ring up instead of checking on her side or even looking at her screen she tossed the bag on the counter and said we could check it after checking it clearly did not contain the prescription and so politely we asked for it when asked she immediately started making excuses and getting more aggressive saying it wasn’t prescribed without checking her system then prompted us to pay when we turned to ask her about the needed prescription she promptly looked away and tried to look busy after my partner was ignored several times we finally started to get frustrated and asked her in her own rude tone after being ignored she again started making excuses and going to coworkers telling them to check the prescriptions finally our horrible encounter ended when joe was finished helping another guest and was able to assist us he did an amazing job immediately finding the prescription and getting everything sorted with a kind and happy demeanor. To summarize hire more Jo’s! and either get rid or train other employees on how to give experience a that will have people coming back.

My physician ordered a refill of a common medicine on Oct. 18 morning. On the same day at 12:18 PM CVS informs me they have to special order my prescription. Today is Oct. 21 at 4:30 PM and it's still not ready. This delay is unacceptable, I am traveling for the next week and will run out of my med before I return thanks to very poor service at CVS.

Could have given 0 stars, but 1 is the lowest. Used to be good but the new staff is rude, unhelpful and terrible at service. You have to wait a lot for them to come at the counter, they do not help at all. If you do not want your day to be ruined, do not go here!
