In my opinion this complex is one of the only student living complexes in denton worth splurging the money for if you have it! Maintenance is fast, the leasing staff and management is great, my home was in pristine condition when I moved in, and I had absolutely NO issue with pests or loud neighbors. Would definitely stay longer if I wasn't moving out of Denton! Great job 1451!

Super quiet and equipped study room. Maintenance is quick and the staff is super kind. My only complaint was that the pool was closed so frequently! Other than that, great experience.
