Trying to Purchase monthly parking but every time I call i only get a robot and no human. I have called 3 days in a row and left multiple voicemails. Nobody calls back.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Do not park your vehicle there under any circumstances!! They will advertise $30 All Day, but will charge you $60 instead for only hours. They should be investigated for deceitful and misleading business practices.

Most of all, sleazy pricing. Sign says $30 for "overnight parking". What they don't tell you is that they will reset your time at 5am and actually charge you $60... Secondly, parking structure itself is narrow, and hard to navigate, spaces are tiny and there are only about 10 per floor. Hard to maneuver around the structure itself, and very difficult to park anything other than an ultra-compact car into.

This garage is terrible! Canceling my monthly parking pass immediately. I have had it for 3 months and it is a scam. 235$ a month, you think they would have their stuff figured out. The automatic machine Barry ever works right. At least once I month I have to pay $60 to get out because the machine claims I have never entered or it has no log of me entering the garage. No one ever answers when you call the office for support. Even when you leave a message, you never receive a callback. The parking spots are small and the area is not maintained. There are multiple other garages in the area that are not LAZ. I would highly suggest using them instead.
