The workouts are hard but effective. I originally started coming because I randomly got the urge to do spin class and the gym was offering like 10 days for $10. The class was good so I kept coming back. Then I started taking their X45 classes which is honestly mental strength just as much as physical. The workouts are hard but you’ll look great and feel great about yourself for finishing them. They also offer yoga which I take every now & then. All of the instructors are motivating and helpful. They offer classes all day so if I miss a class in the morning I can take one @ lunch or after I get off work. All around great gym & the price is reasonable too. I was paying way more for way less elsewhere.

Most amazing trainers. Trainers always pushing you to your max. I have been going for 6 months now and I see improvements in my energy, body and mental attitude. My friend introduced me to NXPT and I tried it out for 10 days. I knew after the first day I had found my new gym. The coaches are supportive, kind, and motivating. The workouts are well organized, explained, and fun! There are a variety of classes such as yoga, outdoor beach workouts, and OCR classes. All of the members are also welcoming and friendly. I'm glad I decided to check them out and there are also 2 locations which makes it convenient. Even during COVID they've managed to do workouts outside which I love.
