There are people who work here that really do care, but my recent experiences have been pretty awful. If you absolutely have to go into this office, go early in the morning, right when they open. Otherwise, bring some headphones so the crazies leave you alone, bring something to keep yourself amused for hours on end because you're going to wait all day, and bring some hand sanitizer so you don't leave with the swine flu and Hepatitis A (I'm not even joking. There was a huge Hep. A outbreak downtown not too long ago.) Hopefully, when you're finally seen you'll get one of the nice workers who actually care and are competent at their jobs, because there are some people who work there that are less than pleasant and/or helpful. If you can handle your business through the access line, I would highly recommend it rather than spending your entire day here.
