Called them to ask what docs to update after certain event. They told me we can't give you legal advice and talk to an attorney. I was like what ? You are the county recorder and you don't know what is needed ? The lady firmly and eloquently told me oh we just process the paperwork that comes to our desks. So they are nothing but paperwork processors then. That means we MUST replace them with automated systems immediately, PERIOD. We are wasting HUGE HARD EARNED tax money on these pigs.

this is hogwash, the service is non existent, no one will answer the phones and when they do they say they can't do anything until the Governor opens government offices.
