I left notes on my door in desperation for a package to be left without my signature and the driver was nice enough to give me a call and arrange for it to be available for same-day pickup from the hub by the airport so I could still get it after work. This kindness saved me from some very painful/unpleasant experiences over the weekend, and I can’t tell you how much I appreciated the assistance.

Ups apparently cannot read. On the site they have agreed to leave packeges on the back porch but it rarely happens. Usualy I find packeges on the front porch in the rain or in plain sight.

5 stars plus for superior customer service. Brenda investigated a "missing" package for two days. She was professional, knowledgeable and friendly throughout the process. When we discovered that the package wasn't missing but rather missed by me, I was mortified while Brenda was kind and compassionate. Customer service at it's best. Thank you.

Driver claimed wasnt able to locate my house, while we actually watched them park by our driveway and not take the effort to look at our house numbers. When called customer service was informed we would be called back in an hour, never happened. Had to contact National Office and they claimed pacage would have to take 3 more days as was sent back to distribution hub. Had to ask for supervisor and this went nowhere until connected with local office. Local office very helpful and wish I could rate 4/5 but national outsourced service center is so broken cant rate any highter than a 3.

The last I knew, they take Amazon returns but you'll need to print the label yourself.
