Third major purchase from here was a refrigerator and Stove. The delivery gents had to cancel the first scheduled day and was unable to provide a time for the second date. They were to install the refrigerator to the water line but didn't have the hose connection (this was requested as part of the delivery). Instructed us of where to purchase one and said that is it is "real easy" to do yourself. First and second major purchases from this store had several delays, cancelled delivery dates. Had to leave several messages and calls to the store to finally get a firm date. Very unprofessional and low quality customer service. Next time will just make the trip to Roseburg to make our purchases.

I ordered a refrigerator May 9th, 2021. it is now currently July 23rd. Still have yet to get it, and there new promised time is July 27th. Ill beleive it when the big truck is in my drive way. At this point it would be a miracle. i have yet to get my order. mind you I paid for expedited shipping, that way it would be here sooner. I normally don't turn to leaving bad reviews although at this time, nothing is getting done. when I call the online store I speak with multiple people including a supervisor who seems to be taking this lightly; as he keeps stating "My hands are tyed, there is nothing I can do mam" I get that because of covid everything has been back ordered an slow. but you don't promise something, and have me pay for expedited shipping, if it isn't actually going to be a fast delivery. My online info when I put in my info to track my order. Still says ill get it July 12th. Again its July 16th. When I call they keep promising it'll be here Friday itll be here Tuesday itll be here Thursday. I'm finding that you are unworthy of any more of my service as your a very untrustworthy site to get your appliances. Its not that you "can't give me any money back" its really that you won't. so thank you again for a extremely stressful expensive long awaiting Mothers gift. you have a very disappointed customer. Im not saying this falls 100% on my coos bay store because I ordered it online. Although I've been in contact with them. An they are not "Gaurenteed at all. As there customer service is also lacking, terrible at calling back. An when I call, and they tell me they basically have no time to "sit on the phone all day with a unhappy customer" I find that rude.

Took my mother to get a new refrigerator she found one that she liked and the salesman that helped us was professional he gave us our options to buy it . We financed it so we thought told us we just needed to put so much down and we would only have 4 payments to make then it would be paid off. Well that was not the case we made all 4 payments thinking it was paid for in full but it wasn't. He put us on a lease after working with the company that had the lease heard the story and thankfully they believed us.
