I contacted the agency for benefits for a family member, after she was declared disabled. The staff at the agency was rude, judgmental and did everything in their power to block access to information and benefits. Interacting with them was completely dehumanizing and left me in tears more than once.

Best place for the elderly and disabled to get the assistance they need to have a quality of life to live. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

In my experience everybody has been very nice and helpful. From the front desk to the case managers, they’ve all been very patient and willing to help.

i am living with an older gentleman age mid 70s he know longer drives and doesnt move around so well. I have been taking care of cooking. cleaning (laundry etc.) and normal household shopping and taking him to dr. appts. I am also unemployed at the present time and looking for work. Im interested in becoming certified to become a caregiver and i feel ive been in a way doing these duties already and could also help an additional client. could you let me know what steps to take to do this. thankyou for your time. val
