Maybe you all shouldn’t be in this industry? When I have a question about not receiving my insurance card and have to wait 10 minutes to talk to someone for them to just hang up on me after a single sentence then you’re not doing your job right. A big middle finger to Alex there, I got more help from Teladoc that had less information than BCBS.

Horrible insurance. Horrible. For my last check up they “contributed” $10 dollars to the entire bill. TEN DOLLARS. They hardly cover anything…if anything at all. I would NEVER recommend this insurance to ANYONE. Stay far away if possible.

Currently have this insurance through my employer. The rep and website said this has international coverage and claims need to be done through BCBS Global Core division. But BCBS NE is very slow (like over a month) to respond to any Global Core request for direct payment letter approval. When I tried to contact BCBS NE customer support to ask why they are slow in approving the letter, the CS rep doesn't even know what BCBS Global Core is. I guess it's the client's (me) job to explain to them about who is BCBS Global Core. And after all that, I'm still not able to get the answer as to why they are slow in responding to Global Core. 😂 This company doesn't even deserve this one star.

My wife has this insurance through her employer and this is a do not recommend having them. We have nothing but problems and have to fight to get them to cover especially for dental coverage. And what is D9222 on a claim either way they are apparently certified doctors and know better. DO NOT USE THEM GO ELSEWHERE

Because they are scam artist that work with the government. The government gets a kickback from them so they will screw as many people as possible for as long as they legally can. Hence...insurance policy...wait until the end of enrollment! Although, your money alone doesn’t really make the bank, it’s all about volume. Greedy insurance works hand in hand with greedy American Government.
Generally you need to have a temporary flag/add-on added to your account. Depending on your plan you may or may not have to pay a fee. The best way to find out is to call a customer service rep.
No. Blue Pride is a product while Anthem is a separate Blue Cross Blue Shield plan in a different state.

Probably depends on the policy
