Great brands at not so fair prices. I have noticed a tremendous increase in prices in the last few weeks. Probably a result of increasing economic impacts and fuel charges, but I think the price hike is more than a bit excessive as it's far higher than Ross,Walmart, Bed Bath &Beyond, Old Navy, or other retail stores in our area. I believe the price hike has a lot more to do with corporate decisions than economic necessity. And therefore I will be shopping at Marshalls less. This does not have anything whatsoever to do with the staff. They are great, courteous and helpful. But in Moscow Idaho the prices are going sky high. They are comparative to Pier 1, and these are not the same quality or style for the season products. The last basket I got to put my wash cloths in started unraveling after a month. And let's face it, it isn't the humidity here in Moscow Idaho. As a middle aged woman, I do look for value, and I used to find it at Marshalls. I guess from now on I will have to look elsewhere. The 3 stars I gave were all for the staff.
