It's a great place. I think the only thing that can be improved are the chairs on the third and fourth floor.

The renovations on the first floor are nice, there are a lot of comfortable couches and places to sit. The cafe is nice too.

Yes, there's interlibrary koan available through U of I Library but they work at limited hours. There is more info about this on the UI Library website
