Hello Stanley we no longer offer our Open Gym format for $5. We do offer classes all weekend and have some great packages available. We also offer classes with individual workstations. This allows clients the opportunity to choose more challenging weights and make modifications. I’d be happy to follow up with a phone conversation and offer you a free class 💪
