I’ve been a member of MBSF gym since late 2019. I went from 260 lbs to 235 lbs. During the pandemic, Dom still trained me via zoom and I continued my weight loss journey. In January of 2021, I weighted in at 207 lbs. Dom is a great trainer and likes to build relationships with his customers. Outside of workouts, he also assisted me in a finding a car.

What i like about this gym is that when you don't want to go their place they're have online classes. The instructor are so approachable they are willing to help you achieve your body goal plus they will give you a tips what to eat and don't.

I have been working out consistently for about 4 years and MBS Fitness is easily the best gym I have ever been apart of. Dom and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and give each client 100%. You WILL transform at MBS Fitness. You WILL become a better version of yourself at MBS not only physically, but mentally. I wish I would have found this place years ago! Yes. We do have kickboxing classes every Tuesday & Thursday 5:30 &6:30 pm
All our classes are instructed. There is no open use time.
Yes there is a website. Offer different classes at different times. Better to call the gym
