Incompetent. They will hold your truck for months and nothing be done correctly. I got so tired of talking to them and getting the run around I’m contacting a lawyer because they are rip offs and scams.$$25,000 later and truck broke down. No one returns your calls. All the good reviews are people that dwelt with sales. Read all the bad reviews if you already have a PETE, it will save you thousands!! DO NOT BRING YOUR PETE HERE. Nasty attitudes, don’t return calls, and there is no Rush to Rush truck center

If I had to go lower than one star I would. I have never met so many incompetent, unenthusiastic and rude employees at any company before. Yet, many of them can’t even simply ask question to understand the problem and resolve it. A simple order or inquiry about status of the service can be pain in person and over the phone equally. Lower your expectations below anything you think is low, because that’s where your customer service will be at. That’s why my new trucks from now will always be Volvo. I never want to step my foot again to any Piterbilt service department.

My tractor has been there since July 7, 2022 and as of July 12,2022 I get the same email saying that a technician is triaging the unit . When I check the location of my tractor it shows it in the back of the building. I have called numerous times and been left on hold for over a hour.

Well Ron did it again my second time back to North Carolina gave Ron a call and got my PM oil change and air conditioning going thanks again guys. Everytime I am in town we get treated good at Rush. Thanks Ron again see you guys next time!! DLawson Trucking.....

At the time of my visit several months ago, they required face mask. It may have changed since then.
