A really great place to live. Very quiet, nice views, great neighbors, owners take excellent care of the Park. Really, really great. We love it. Much nicer than and lower lot rent than all the other parks. Oh! and great drinking water -tastes great, is frequently tested, and not full of red staining iron like another park nearby. Update: New owners, that own several Parks & are based out of Seattle....lot rent has doubled! and is expected to go up further. So sad to see the best Park in this area, that was run by locals who understood the local culture, to now be run by a large commercialized company. Stars reduced from a 5 (for previous owners) to a 3 (for current owners).
