**EDIT 12/17/2021*** Very good response to my review. Bill called me up and wanted to do the right thing and remedy the situation. Truly appreciate that and hopefully he can make some changes where they need to be changed. Thank you Terrible communication and the salesperson that came out didn't know what he was looking at. Had an estimate for connection of under $200 then told I was quoted the wrong information and had to run new lines. Said great let me know the cost. Was told "well that is hourly" almost $1200 now. After weeks, I get re-quoted $850ish. Ok scheduled to come out. Come out, then they cannot get inspector. Asked me to call. I had no issues with the first phone call to the inspector. He was out in 3 hours and approved the work. Now they come back 1.5 weeks later. Now 3 days later I get a call saying your parts are in. Ordered a new pilot for my heater without asking or getting me the cost. $230 for part and $30 for each half hour to install. Part is all over the place for under $100. Give me a break. Trying to make up the difference in the money they wanted to make versus what they charged me. Not once was I contacted for anything. I have had to reach out. I would not have an issue with them if someone would have just communicated things properly.

Really impressed with this company and service that they provide. Due to being a new customer they came and inspected oil tank for and issues prior to filling it. Really appreciated this as gave me a piece of mind to any problems that could have happened down the road. I don't know if other fuel companies due this for their clients but I just want to say Thank you to Eastern Propane service for offering service.

Full heating/AC system replacement: Exceptional service, from the bid process all the way through installation. While other bidders were telling me they might be able to get the equipment, Eastern made it happen at the stated bid total.
