Online stock what's shown and the store never matches...impossible to gauge if it's worth ordering it or not as the orders get canceled all the dang time. It's beyond frustrating to say the least. It's 2022...how is a big box retailer hasn't got this process right???

I won't go back to this particular home depot. After spending $200 . The lady at checkout preceded to go thru all my items. She watched me like a hawk while I was checking out so I don't get the search. People around me were giving me looks. It was so embarrassing. I asked "do you do this to everyone". She snickered and said "o yes". Then preceded to go thru one of my bags with a flash light. It was so embarrassing . The worst experience I've had at a homedepot in 43 years.

Ok.... Folks working here before closing.... SO FRIENDLY and SO helpful... Trying to find a way to make a porch stair rail for my 87 year old mom... You might think these folks just want to go home and be cranky, but I've got to say, not here. EVERYONE we asked questions answered them and brought us to the products and worked with us. We worked out a great solution... I will drive here again from many miles away just to work with these people. Someone doing the hiring here is doing a great job!!!!!

Plants & Flowers in the Gardening area were beautiful and healthy, although there were fewer choices this year and everything was more expensive. There were long lines of (mostly patient) people at each register in the Gardening area but the Service personnel were amazingly personable and helpful despite the fact that some of them were brought in from other departments to cover missing staff, and at least one worked past the end of their shift.
