Small location that was not adequately stocked or staffed to assist the number of customers. The service was fine but I left feeling bad for the employees as they were not well enough equipped and didn't have enough help.

My sister and I went into this store on Memorial Day. Luckily it was slow in the store. We bought 2 new phones and transferred over a line of service. We ran into quite a few bumps in the road needless to say. The two ladies Paige and Heather who worked with us were very patient, and did everything in their power to make sure we were taken care of us before we left. The other staff members were very kind and helpful as well. But I have to put these 2 ladies on pedestals for a little while because they delivered exceptional service. Side note: they love Aroma Joes 🤣

The staff member who came over to us was the rudest person ever. He absolutely needs to be fired. All we wanted to do was ask a simple question and he dismissed us without even trying to listen to our question. Disgusting.

Had a very poor experience with an employee named Jeremy. He refused to offer any assistance without an appointment, also said they are too short staffed. He told me he had an appointment at 11 and it was 1045. So for 15 minutes him and the 3 other employees couldn't help me with my phone. I left and went to the other Verizon. Walked right in and was helped. Very poor customer experience.

I don't have an IPHONE, however all I've needed to do in a situation like this is completely charge up both your old and your new.phone . Then look up how to easily transfer your information between the two.
If the phones you are looking to trade in are phone you are currently using, yes you can trade them in, and use them towards down-payment on new phones, if said phones are Verizon phones. If there is any payment left on the phones you want to trade in, you will have to pay them off first. If the phones you want to trade in are not Verizon phones, or there is some complication, you can trade the phones in at a kiosk.
