I went in to figure out why my phone couldn't make phone calls and to lower my monthly payment. Worked with Jacob there and he was AWESOME! Very kind and helpful. He went above and beyond to help! I ended up getting a new phone for my husband and myself and we saved some money too! Unfortunately, he couldn't help with my phone not making calls but he did everything he could to help in-store and I really appreciated all the help!

I have been to this store many times. Always have been helpful with upgrading our plans. Recently I ordered a phone at a different store and it was shipped to my home. I can’t remember the associates name however he was extremely helpful with assisting me on activating and my new phone. Next time I will purchase directly from the store to save everyone the time!
