Cannot talk to a person. No one will call back even after leaving a message. This has been going on for months. I realize the pandemic has caused a delay but it appears that nobody cares anymore. Everyuses

No, they are an agency for food stamps Medicaid assistance and TANF cash assistance. They also have Elderly and Adult Services as well as DCYF, but nothing for divorce assistance.
Good question. You might have better luck sending a fax instead of an email to DHHS -- that is, if you're just trying to contact them quickly and have your effort to contact them be documented with a time and date stamp (such as for deadline purposes). That's been my experience, anyways. I believe all of DHHS's contact info can be found online at dhhs.nh.gov One final possibility: if, for some reason, DHHS does not provide their email address on their website, you could try faxing them a simple request for their email address. The fax numbers for their various district offices are listed on their website. I use "Postal Center USA" (a private business, not the USPS) which is located on South Main St. in Rochester, NH to send faxes to DHHS. Good luck. Bureaucracies aren't much fun having to deal with.
