My experience was not a very positive one. I dealt with Marc and felt that he could care less if I bought a home or not. I waited for a quote for nearly a month. When I sent him an email of my disappointment he said instead of sending an email of my disappointment, I should have called him. I guess it is my fault he dropped the ball. Not someone I want to do business with.

Our experience with New Style homes was very good! The planning and ordering of our new Ritz Craft ranch style home with Troy went very well with all the changes that we wanted in the home. The site work planning with Dennis started early in the process and he kept us abreast of what needed to be done on the land as the foundation work progressed. Our go to person as things progressed was Michael who took care of any issues that came up as with any large scale project would require such as building a new home on a wooded site. New Style Homes Hayes Hill Project is an ongoing new 17 home project and we love it here after moving in in October. All of the sub contractors were great to work with for any changes or problems that came up. As with any new construction there is always something that comes up to fix or change. Troy, Dennis and Michael at New Style Homes made the planning and purchasing of a new home very easy and less stress full than you would think. I like this place. They have a large selection of homes finished nice so you get the whole picture. Troy was very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely worth the trip to Rochester to look at if you’re interested in prefab homes.
