Today I called Bobby's Friendly Towing as I have in the past to have my truck towed once again this time to Bill Black Cadillic, so done with dealing with all these side mechanic that didn't really didnt' know how to fix my truck, anyway called Bobby's towing talked a soft-spoken gentleman and told him I needed Tessa to come get my Truck today, he told me she was on an assignment and as soon as she was done she would be on her way, and as promised she was at my home around 10:15, truck had to be at shop at 11:00. Thanks for everything a wonderful Team and I will continue to pass your service on to any and everyone whom may need your service.

My car decided to drop the drivers side front end on my way to work this morning .. I called Bobby’s friendly towing and was told they would have a driver right out ! Shortly afterwards I received a call from the Driver who I later learned her name to be Tessa .. She was awesome and worked very hard and meticulous to make sure not to cause any more damage to my car .. Thank you for sending such a caring and Courteous driver to help me with my car .. Will definitely recommend to anyone who is in need of a tow!

Want to say that Tessa, is a very powerful woman and she knows her business and such a wonderful, delightful person, she was so hospitable and took great care of my truck in getting it loaded on to her tow truck. I could go on and on about how she has excellent customer service. Thank you Tessa, if in the future if I ever need tow service, please send her to my rescue

I broke down on my way to work. I was unable to contact my insurance company for roadside assistance. I called Bobby's Friendly towing and Adam was there to rescue me within 10 minutes. They towed my car back to High Point for a reasonable price. Very professional and courteous. I would recommend this towing service to anyone! Thanks again y'all!!
