Wow, what a great experience! I took my vehicle for a small issue which turned into a big issue but you know when you trust a dealership and their knowledge of their product you don't mind spending the necessary dollars for repairs. I was treated like a queen and even though the expense of the repairs were quite large I didn't feel that I had been taken advantage of. I would recommend this service department to anyone with a Lexus and will be a loyal customer going forward. Flow Lexus of Greensboro was amazing! I worked with Levi, and he was awesome and so knowledgeable! By the end of it all Levi felt like part of the family. He helped me decide on what to buy and clearly explained all of the different options and bells and whistles on the car. Levi worked hard to get us the best deal he could and I really trusted him during the negotiations. I ended up leaving the lot with a brand new 2022 Lexus RX 350, and I’m obsessed with it!
