She answered my many (detailed) questions about different models and the build-to-order buying process. If she didn’t have the answer, she would track it down and get back to me promptly rather than give me a BS non-answer on the spot. Highly appreciated. Jason on the finance team was great, transparent, and very easy to work with. Since I was coming from out of town, I was able to do pretty much everything remotely and come in just for the final paperwork signing and delivery. I highly recommend Crown BMW. Love the new car!
