Came in here to just check it out... wasn't exactly sure if I would be able to get my self a car today. But I did! Walked out with a much needed upgrade from my 08 CRV to a 2019 Camry. Anthony was super helpful along with the rest of the employees at Honda. Thank you for making this experience easy and straight forward for this first time car buyer.

The customer service was great! The major service on my vehicle was awesome! Before my car was serviced, I asked if filling the wiper wash reservoir was still part of the car service, & I was told, "Yes, it is". However, when I attempted to use my windshield wash the next day, the reservoir was empty...a small charge had been added to my service bill for the wiper wash fill that I didn't receive.

Salesman was great. Too much sharing a personally identifiable information. My belief is that the Social Security number should only go to the financing insurance person. It should not be printed out on documents. That happened in this case and at least three parties at the dealership had access to the information. The trade was moderate. I feel like management took advantage of the fact that there was a pay off which they had access to even though I, the customer did not provide it. This is because the institution that the vehicle was financed through also does business with the dealership. The interaction with the first level manager and the sales person was very good . The interaction with the finance person was also good. I had to return to the dealership to re-sign documents. When I returned I was greeted With a hello upon entrance but no one asked if they could help me. My salesman was out of the office that day.

Excellent communication. Great service, very professional. Highly recommended. We had Rafiyah Chowdhury from the sales department, she was very friendly, professional and helpful. Rebecca from the finance team was very patient, professional and gave us many options. This was the single best car buying experience we have ever had. I love that everyone there works as a team, they listen to your needs and get things done fast without the hassle. The service is impeccable and professional. Ken, thank you for the feedback. I have been asking questions almost every hour since I have now been here for four hours. The last time I asked was An hour ago in which they said my car has just went back to finally get the oil Changed. She said if I didn’t want to wait any longer I could just take my car and leave. After already waiting for three hours I was assured it would only be a little longer. A little longer has already turned into A hour.
I think they have the best service in the area. I have had a problem when i called them a few months ago but the issue was with a call service who answers their calls when they are busy. Ask for Steve in Service if yiu need service
