I just finished Real Estate Fundamentals with Andrew Lasner as my instructor. Would highly recommend. Andrew was very knowledgable about topics covered in this class. Much insight was gained from the fundamentals course.

Just took the Exam prep course with Barry and highly recommend investing in this course. I took my test for the first time two weeks ago and didn’t pass. I had to wait a few weeks to get in the exam prep course but figured it wouldn’t hurt to take the test first to get a look at it before taking the course so I knew what areas I needed to focus on. The course simplified everything and gives you all the tools you need to prepare for the test. 10/10 would recommend.

Michael, thanks very much for your comments on Kathleen. We agree! Polley Associates is luck to have her as an instructor! Joe Zlomek, Marketing Director
Hello Dianne, We do webcam from home exam appointments and In-person appointments. Please call the main office at 610.353.6776 and we can schedule you.
Real Estate Practice (45 Hours) and Real Estate Fundamentals (30 Hours) are the required courses to be eligible for the PA Real Estate Licensing Exam.
Classes start on a rolling basis for classroom and live-stream, so varying schedules are available all year. Self-paced online classes are available at any time as well.
There are a few different tech support numbers depending on your course. I recommend checking the website or emailing the main office if you cannot find it. They will be able to help.
That's a decision that can only be made by members of the Pennsylvania State Real Estate Commission. It is responsible for overseeing real estate sales licenses. Decisions are usually made only on a case-by-case basis, usually following the hearing. No hearing will be considered until after the candidate has completed all of his sales license education.
The short answer is yes. It depends on a couple of factors and the office staff can help you with that. If you finished a class 4 years ago, they wont let you take money applied 4 years ago for a free online class today.
It depends on the class schedule for the particular class that you want to attend. Some are weekdays Monday thru Friday, some are weeknights, some are only Monday, Wednesday and Friday, some are only all day weekends, etc.
There are weekend classes, weekday morning classes, weeknight classes and accelerated full day classes. They are held consistently on a revolving schedule. The schedules can be found on their website.
Yes, but it depends on your experience. Their programs are approved in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Active real estate agents who took class here with experience selling properties in PA and NJ can bypass education requirements for a Delaware sales license. Delaware will want to see a list of all the properties you've sold for the bypass. A brand new rookie PA or NJ agent will not have the experience to simply add on a Delaware license without taking the Delaware training.
They used to, but no longer.
