This office is pointless and this state is a democrat and corrupt state and so is the Probate System it’s all about the lawyers and about money, they’ll let a administrator of an estate harass the other heirs Of that estate without any repercussions all they tell you is you have to have a lawyer this is the greedy estate I’ve ever seen in my life probate system in every state that my father’s been involved in has screwed us over and taking us for a ride just for all the money

I went there today and got there early by mistake. The bailiff was extremely nice and genuine. I just had a small issue and they took my information and dismissed my case. Honestly Kendall county with cops, judges and clerks my two times dealing with situations they have been very nice. When I was sitting in the courtroom I noticed presumably three lawyers chatting while talking about charges and they seemed very respectful of the person involved. It was very interesting and I hate to say it, but very uplifting.

I do not understand how you can lock people up that are mentally ill. I lost my childrens father to suicide while in prison. Now you hold my son who will repeat history; it could all be prevented. CPTSD makes people do crazy things. Mental illness is serious, and people should not be put in jail.

Told me to call back at a later time when I called at 8:10AM. They were supposed to be open from 8:00AM-4:30PM.
