Gotcha Towing & Recovery

They do not deserve a star!!!! Towed brand new 2023 kia. My friend just bought the car and had it running with dog in car to grab a pick up order and they were towing her car running with the dog in the car and if if it weren't for me wouldn't have let her get her dog or her house keys or even phone. Would not accept money on the spot. Charged 300 dollars cash for her to pick it up after she finally found a ride only an hr later. Entire staff is rude crooks and should be shut down. What legitimate business accepts cash only in 2022? She is going to be filing a police report and suing them. We shoulda called the police on the spot. Not to mention the driver would not provide his name even though the car wasn't even registered to her yet and still had dealer tags. 🙄

The only reason I gave one star is because that is the lowest you can give. Gotcha towing means they are going to getcha all the way to the bank. I am trying to pay to get my car out of storage, but Gotcha is saying they did not process the car properly so it will need to sit for two more days and I will be charged for the extra two days. They will get your your car but know you are going to get got aka "Gotcha Towing." Please do not lose money dealing with these people. Use anybody but Gotcha as they only want to squeeze as much out of you as possible.

I understand we all have a job to do and i can respect that but the customer service from not even being on the property for a full minute was disgusting. The side comments and grown men talking back mumbling under their breath and arguing back and forth is very unprofessional. I would recommend anywhere else but here and as a company it would be wise to find suitable employees to represent your business.

I guess these people do a good job of Towing your vehicle but when your vehicle is towed without notice the on-duty Personnel doesn't seem to have any type of human compassion to explain any derails to you before they asked for the money and your driver's license to pick up your vehicle! If you are in any way stressed out over the current situations we are forced to deal with no do not call them! Don't expect any type of human Compassion or understanding they,,, are just there for the money! NOTE: if you are an American Veteran currently suffering from PTSD do not contact these people in anyway if you're on the edge and just I need a vehicle tow or a friendly human voice to talk to!!!!
