I've had nothing but excellent service with complicated print jobs that were completed on time, at a good price and very well done. Staff consult with each other about the best way to do a job. The manager is outstanding. I go back all the time and highly recommend them.

The way I was treated was so rude that I couldn't make a decision and decided to post my item the day after. I understand it was late at night and that person was tired or frustrated from reading unfair reviews. I hope mine is not one of them and he/she feels better.

Maria, the assistant manager was not helpful at all, in fact I feel like she had a very "as a matter of fact attitude" which I think is horrible for a customer service store. Maria found a way to tell me NO no matter what my question was, very unprofessional. Neal, the employee who helped me was great he really stuck it out and helped me to achieve my end goal. Kudos Neal but thumbs down to fed ex for having such an inconsiderate person in a position of power at their store.
