I had been meaning to drop off a return package for nearly a month just because the store hours didn't work with my work schedule. Finally managed to get there just before closing only to find out that their systems were down and they could not scan anything in. However Kamal(I hope that's right) graciously offered to bring my package to their sister location for me after hours! He truly went above and beyond and absolutely made my day!! Amazing service!

Staff are friendly, the store is always clean and I've never had an issue with my packages. Tatiana is helpful, knowledgeable and professional - always assists me with my shipping questions and goes above and beyond. Would give this location more than 5 stars!

These guys make my life so much easier -- thank you very much! They have such a marvelous attitude and treat the customers so politely and with such tireless good cheer, it continues to astonish me every time. Also, they work so very quickly! This is highly unusual, and they should be paid a lot for their hard work. Somehow I doubt that they are, but the experience they're getting is tremendous. Keep up the good work -- and most likely no other job will ever be as demanding!
