This is the greatest shipping and packaging experience I’ve ever stumbled into. If you have the pleasure of being served by Michael (“the chef”) - you will understand how I can write such a glowing review about fulfilling an errand. This man was absolutely buzzing and delighted to help in any way we he could. Polite to a fault! UPS has earned my business until the end of time as long as Michael is still working at this location. UPS - you should consider having Michael teach your other locations a thing or two about customer service!!

Had the worst experience at this store. The store lost my package and it did not even reach UPS service, it around 3 months to get refund for my package. Got no proper help from the store had to get refund, had to contact the UPS customer care to start the refund process. Hugely disappointed with this store

If you visit this store you well get some "gifts" 1. covid - workers did not wear mask 2. Saliva - yelling at all 3. Motivation to study - you will never want to talk with them or become a person like them 4. Fresh air - you may locked outside, this store open later and close earlier than the business hours. Good luck guys if you have to visit this store. Talk with the tall white guy, and he may the most professional and kind person in this store.

I set up an account today (12/4/21) to receive packages at this location, because deliveries are difficult to receive in the building where I live. The young woman who waited on me was friendly, polite and efficient in processing the transaction. There was also a young man working who appeared to also be the same. I would have no hesitation in recommending this store to others.
