I was on the 3rd floor. In room 318. Their window did not open. It was too cold to turn on the AC. We were stuck in a stuffy room all night....Please fix that window.

******WARNING BED BUGS ROOM. #118 (JACUZZI ROOM)))****************** Where should I start I actually rented a room with a jacuzzi. I've stayed at least two other times and I've never had a problem with this motel.. The problem that I encounter this last time was that I saw a bedbug in the shower restroom. I wasn't sure if it was a bed bug until I ask my fiance and he confirmed that in fact it was a bed bug. I could not believe that this room that costs $100 and its call luxury hotel has bed bed bugs. I immediately told went to the front front desk and I spoke with the receptionist and she said she wanted to see the bed bug so I grabbed a bedbug and I make sure that I gave it to her for her to look at she turned around and said I can give you another room for 50% off. I said to her room number 118 has bed bugs and I'm very disgusted by this and I don't want to send the health department to you so I want a full refund effective immediately. She did say it again that she can give you another room for 50% off and I said nope I don't want to stay here I want my money back or let me speak with your manager. Luckily the owner an Asian guy which claims to be the manager said to give me a full refund at I was going to be placed on the bed from the hotel because of this incident. If was told that in the future i won't be allow to rent from this place. This Luxury hotel has bed bugs. This luxury hotel should be audit by a health department should take a look at this place.
