This is our second visit, and the front desk was still just as polite. Rooms are clean and house keepers were very nice, especially helping with children shenanigans. A little pricey, but I think worth the money. Breakfast is basic with only a waffle making station for a hot breakfast. Cereal, bread and yogurt options available.

This hotel needs a lot of work. Carpet, damp and gross, don’t go barefoot in your room. Cockroaches, there were 2 that we saw, probably a whole lot more we didn’t see. Breakfast, mediocre. Some bagels, a waffle maker and maybe a green banana and some orange juice. This hotel could use updating on lighting, flooring, paint and updated electrical outlet availability. It’s nice when hotels have USB ports in lamps or at bedsides, this does not. So I would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff was very friendly though and our room was cleaned daily which was nice.

Positive: It was a bed to sleep in and a fairly clean room. Negative: The elevator wasn¿t working when we arrived so we had to carry our luggage up to the 3rd floor. The room was fine, but the carpet did have some damp spots which I told myself we¿re spots that they must have just cleaned. Wouldn¿t recommend.

Positive: Free parking is nice, fairly close to universal. And has daily shuttle you can take to universal. Located in a quiet area. Minimal sound from other rooms. Very affordable, but quality suffers. Negative: Breakfast is a joke. Only hot item is waffles. Room key stopped working multiple times. Only 1 elevator, and it's slow. Half items in room don't work properly (TV bad reception, iron leaks, iron board can't fold)
