This hotel was a terrible experience. The a/c did not work i was sweating all night. There was something going on in the parking lot at 5 am which woke me up. As I was leaving i wanted to grab a bagel. I was with my service dog with a clear tag stating that is what he is . A man who worked there approached me and rudely said i could not be in the room with an animal. Again this is a service dog and there was no need to be rude and embarrass me in front of a room full of people. There are plenty of hotels in that area i would stay clear of this one.

I stay at this location once a week. Very clean and staff super nice and respectful. Staff offered me a snack and a drink for my wait time. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay. Breakfast always smells yummy.

Rooms were clean. Staff was pleasant. Had a good breakfast buffet. Eggs-sausage-waffles-toast-bagels-muffins. Got a good rate on Hotwire. Easy check in/check out. Would stay again

Our room was big, comfortable, and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient for us. The breakfast was great. The only problem: we asked about the free shuttle to Universal Studios and we were given the schedule. We were not told that we had to reserve seats on the shuttle. The driver was going to turn us away, but several passengers noted that there was plenty of room for us. I hope the hotel will alert future guests that they need to sign up in advance.

The best price for the different parks you will have when you buy on the official website of Universal or Disney. Regarding transportation, please contact the hotel directly, they will assist you in English or Spanish to see what you can do to get to and from any destination.
The site states that they have a shuttle service to Universal parks, but nothing on the Disney parks. This hotel is just a few steps from City Walk, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay. can he be a 20-30 minute walk, but it's not too much to walk. You can take a taxi or a Uber for Disney. This hotel is a 20-30 minute drive from the Disney parks in busy traffic. Disney offers Shuttle services from Orlando International Airport to any Disney property (but not to Universal properties). The thing Disney's good is that they offer shuttle services between all of them property and from / to the airport. I hope you enjoy your trip!

It varies but between 500- 700. It is clean, the staff is friendly and professional. The food is fresh and the pool is nice. The location is perfect for Universal visits. We have stayed there each visit as we have season passes. 5 minutes and you are there
